Garry has 15 years of corporate finance experience, specializing in cash flow modeling, cash forecasting and return on investment analysis.  His passion for real estate investing drew him towards the brokerage side of the business where he applies the same rigor and diligence to real estate finance as he did during his years in corporate finance in order to achieve great results for his clients.  His experience entails analyzing the feasibility of commercial real estate acquisitions, including various lease vs. buy sensitivity models.  His penchant for compliance and processes give him a distinct advantage in the market.
